Website purpose
This website provides general information about Kiaro AI and allows organisations to express interest in a pilot conversation. It does not itself perform a live pharmaceutical material review, provide medical or legal advice, approve promotional material, certify compliance, or replace qualified human review.
Human review remains required
Any examples of findings, dashboards, metrics or reports are illustrative. In an authorised Kiaro workflow, findings must be assessed by the customer’s qualified reviewers in the context of the relevant product, market, source materials and company procedures. Final decisions and sign-off remain with those reviewers.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit patient data, confidential review content or promotional materials through the public contact form.
Intellectual property
The Kiaro name, visual identity, website content, product-interface examples and supporting materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business evaluation, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit the materials without permission.
Availability and accuracy
Reasonable care is taken over the website, but public content may be updated as Kiaro develops. The website is provided on an as-available basis. No promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular regulated workflow.
Responsibility
