Public website information

Privacy Policy

How personal information is handled when you visit the Kiaro AI public website or prepare a pilot enquiry.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This policy applies to the public website at www.kiaroai.com. A Kiaro pilot or customer deployment will be governed by separate contractual, security and data-processing terms agreed with the relevant organisation.

Information you provide

The pilot enquiry form asks for your name, work email, organisation, role and optional information about the workflow you would like to explore. Please do not submit patient data, confidential promotional materials, review content or special-category personal data through the public website.

When you submit the form, the details are validated by Kiaro’s server and delivered to a private business inbox through an approved transactional email provider. The destination address and delivery credentials are kept in private server configuration and are not published in the website’s HTML or JavaScript.

Technical information

The website itself does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics by default. The hosting provider may process limited technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp—to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service.

How information may be used

  • To respond to pilot, demonstration or business enquiries.
  • To understand organisational interest in Kiaro’s readiness-review capabilities.
  • To operate, secure and improve the public website.
  • To meet legal, regulatory or governance obligations where applicable.

Sharing and retention

Personal information may be made available to authorised Kiaro personnel and approved service providers that support website hosting or transactional email delivery. It is not sold. Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, an agreed business relationship, security, or applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to personal information held about you. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Security and changes

Reasonable administrative and technical measures should be used to protect information associated with the public website. No internet transmission is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the contact process, hosting arrangements or legal requirements develop.

Privacy enquiries

Use the Kiaro contact form without including patient data or confidential review materials.
